🦈 South Belt Sharks – Home Meet #1 vs. Friendswood 🦈

Our first home meet of the season is this Saturday against Friendswood! Please read through the information below carefully to help the morning run smoothly.

🏊 Meet Declarations

All swimmers must be declared by Wednesday night. If you have not yet indicated whether your swimmer will attend, please do so as soon as possible.

⏰ Check-In & Warm-Ups

• Swimmers must be checked in no later than 6:30 AM.
• Any swimmer not checked in by 6:30 AM will be scratched from all events.
• If you are running late, please notify us through SportsYou immediately.
• Team warm-ups begin promptly at 7:00 AM.

⛺ Tents

• No tents are allowed inside the pool gate.
• You are welcome to set up outside the fence line in designated areas.

🚗 Parking

• The pool parking lot is reserved for board members, coaches, and officials only.
• All families should park at Weber Elementary and walk to the pool.
• Please do not stop or park on Blackhawk Blvd. to unload swimmers or equipment. This creates traffic and safety concerns for our neighbors and swimmers.

🚚 Friday Night Help Needed

We will be moving equipment from the storage unit to the pool on Friday evening around 7:30 PM. If you have a truck, trailer, or extra cargo space and can help transport equipment, please reach out to a board member. Many hands (and trucks!) make light work!

🙋 Volunteers Needed

If you’re an early bird and would be willing to help monitor the parking lot before the meet begins, please reach out to a board member. It’s a simple job that is typically finished before the meet starts and would be a huge help!

Want one of the coveted pool parking spots? Help us monitor parking Saturday morning! Parking volunteers will receive a parking pass as a thank-you for helping us keep things running smoothly.

Be sure to find Kate, our President, with your buddy at the meet on Saturday for a photo! Every Big/Lil pair who gets their picture taken will receive one Bruce Buck each to use at concessions. ❤️🖤
